Gary and Lucy Steinwachs, President / Vice President

 

In 1964, Gary's parents, Bob and Julie moved from Buffalo New York and established Buffalo Bill's Catering Services (Voted "Best Caterer" by the Herald Tribune in 2006). As the area grew so did the business. They started as a coffee shop on Venice Ave and by the late 60's catering was the mainstay. In 1982, when Gary and Lucy were just newlyweds, they bought the business. Since then they have made it their mission to produce successful parties for their community. Even their 15 year old daughter Magen is part of the team. She makes the homemade cookies from scratch, with the family's time tested recipes, no additives. (Read recent article featuring Magen)
